How do I care for my candle?
-Wooden wicks may take up to 20 seconds to catch fire and may require a few tries. Be patient.
-Trim your wick after every burn.
-Keep wick 1/4" at all times.
-Remove charred wood from previous burn.
-Burn in 4 hour intervals.
-Most IMPORTANTLY.... ENJOY!!!

My Candle arrived damaged. How do I handle this?
-Your satisfaction is our main priority. we created these candles for you. if you have a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving, along with photos of the item. we do offer refunds/exchanges based on each individual request. we do not accept liability for damaged products after 72 hours of delivery.
